Free Women health awareness camp was organized at ilyas medicare & diagnostic centre in collaboration with Sag Well pharmaceuticals on 15th, December 2020.
Consultant gynaecologist at IMDC Dr. Mahwish zohra saeed delivered a lecture on Iron deficiency anemia, it’s causes, effects and treatment while famous nutritionist Naima Arshad covered the nutritional aspects of anemia and told about importance of healthy diet and preferred diet to prevent iron deficiency.
Strict SOPs were observed for COVID-19 AND TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF ATTENDEES WERE ACCOMMODATED to attend the presentations on basis of prior registration.
However all patient who visited were entertained and were given individual attention by our worthy gynaecologist and nutritionist.
IMDC aims at organizing such events to educate the masses in future also.
